Information collected

The form collects your full name, email address, company name if provided, topic and message. It also records the language, submission time, reference and your agreement to the processing of the enquiry. Required fields are necessary to submit it.

A technical hashed identifier, calculated on the server from the IP address or an access identifier supplied by the platform, limits abusive submissions. The application does not store the plain IP address in the enquiry table. This identifier remains pseudonymised personal information.

The hosting service may process technical connection and security information. SAG Innovation’s authored website includes no audience analytics, behavioural advertising or newsletter subscription. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential technical formulas through the form.

Purposes and legal bases

Form information is used to review your enquiry, respond and follow up on our exchanges. This processing relies on the agreement you express when submitting the form and, when your request concerns a commercial project, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
